Here are the steps:
1. You contact me about selling your condo or home. We will discuss what your objectives are and how best to achieve them.
2. We sign a Listing Agreement. The Listing Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the listing, including the listing service fee. The listing service fee is an agreed upon percentage of the total sale amount plus applicable taxes. This percentage usually is no more then 5%.
3. I manage the property listing over the agreed upon time. This includes advertising, responding to all inquiries, booking viewings, showing the property, writing and verifying buyer offers.
4. Upon acceptance of an offer I finalize all agreement paperwork. I remain involved until the sale is finalized and closed.
